Who We Are

CSI was founded in 1887 by Episcopalian nuns as the House of Saint Michael and All Angels to provide care for ``young colored crippled`` children. The House of Saint Michael later merged with the House of the Holy Child.

What We Do

CSI is a non-profit social service agency that provides foster care, adoption, Supervised Independent Living, Behavioral Health Care, Truancy Prevention, Afterschool and Summer Camp programs.
